From 1994 until present - three generations of owner-operators. Gen-1 was my involvement for ~7 yrs. Gen-2 (~19 yrs) & Gen-3 (current) were employee purchases. We were a family of owners and employees and as I look back, past my personal struggles, I carry fond memories of my experience there. "The Bird" always strived for quality food and service using fresh organic ingredients, making fresh bread, soups, salads and deserts.
